Donna Summers’ Estate Reaches Settlement With Kanye Over Illegal Sampling

The estate for late singer Donna Summers has reached a settlement with Kanye West over a lawsuit regarding his unauthorized use of her disco hit, “I Feel Love.” The lawsuit stems from when Ty Dolla $ign and Kanye West sampled “I Feel Love” for their 2024 song, “Good (Don’t Die),” a track off of their collaborative album, Vultures 1. Stein wrote in his court filing. (Rolling Stone
